As I've already described, no two hats are ever exactly alike. If you can't make it to the shop in person to try on the hats I've already made, and you just can't live a moment more without one, here is what to do.....

1. From the silhouettes on the next page (click here), choose a design that you like. Each design has a name, however the finished product is dictated by the type of fabric used to make it.

2. Measure your head, in inches, right where the hat would sit (just above your ears, across your forehead and around the back - like the picture on the right). If you don't have a measuring tape, use a string, and then measure that. The straw hats have adjustible sizing, with a ribbon that runs through the crown.

3. Call or E-Mail to ask what fabrics I have in stock to make your hat - but have a basic idea in mind before you call - like the type of fabric and color. If you prefer, I will make a hat out of the fabric that you supply, if you send me one yard, and if it is a type of fabric that would work well with the particular design that you choose.

PAYMENT can be made by Visa, MC, or American Express over the phone, or by Check/Money Order. Checks/Money Orders should be made out to "Kabuki." If paying by check, the order will not be shipped until it has cleared.

SHIPPING is by UPS, unless you have a different preference. Shipping costs will be added to the cost of the order, and will depend on the weight and destination.

RETURNS will be made only if the hat has not been worn and is immediately returned, with the original receipt, and the customer will pay the return shipping. Your account will be credited if these conditions are met.

EXCHANGES will be made as per the above, provided there is fabric to make an echange hat. Please understand before you order that no two hats are ever exactly alike, and often when the fabric is gone, it is no longer available.
